No one but me. Premium is required in both my vehicles. No biggie, really, since it only costs $5-7 more for a tank of premium vs. regular, depending on which vehicle I'm filling up.

A visit from a proctologist?

Self serve = no lube

Full serve = lube of choice

Either way, you're getting screwed.

And me. Two of my 3 take premium. One runs about $42 to fill. The other is $15.

Here's what you get with full service.

That seems to be how it's been in PA for the last few years but today I noticed several places where the 89 was $3.95 and the 93 was only $3.99. I suppose it has to do with the holiday weekend or something.

Wow, did I just type "ONLY $3.99"

Some pumps are not equipped to go any higher than $3.99. I'm referring to the older analog pumps. Read about this the other week and the costs associated in upgrading these by $1. Happened not long ago when prices reached over $2.99. IIRC, the electronic pumps were over $10K each to replace.

Where I'm at, the price for premium is 30 - 40 cents per gallon higher than regular. This is up from the typical 20 cents per gallon price difference.

That would explain why I saw a station around here having paper notes on the pumps saying "Price is for 1/2 gallon"

Last year people were saying it would hit over $4.00 this year. It happened. This year, I'm hearing over $7.00 next year. Who knows?
