Looks new to me unless I missed it?

I suspect this has more to do with P66.

Quickly removes more engine sludge, varnish & deposits

  • One of the best and most effective ways to clean lubricated engine surfaces
  • Formulated for use in GDI, MPFI, Hybrid and Diesel engines
  • Removes harmful contaminants such as sludge, gum, varnish, and other contaminants
  • Helps restore optimal engine performance
  • Prepares engine for new motor oil
  • Not recommended for first-time use in vehicles with an odometer reading exceeding 100,000 miles

Ethylene Glycol Monobutyl Ether per the MSDS appears to be some sort of cleaner/solvent.

On an aside it looks like RL is turning into a chimera of Liqui Moly with Slick 50.

Engine Protectant with PTFE

Provides unsurpassed protection above and beyond conventional and synthetic blend motor oils

Helps protect engines from metal to metal wear and friction

RED LINE® ENGINE PROTECTANT WITH PTFE helps protect against and reduce the long-term damaging effects that can be caused by metal to metal friction. Use 1 quart of RED LINE ENGINE PROTECTANT WITH PTFE per 4-6 quart oil change.

These products appear to be aimed at professional service places. Heavily influenced by P66 I imagine. A way to spread Red Line's name.
