I was thinking about Mitivac but I want some recommendations. Recommend something that works well. I want to 4.8 quarts to my 2021 Sienna transmission

Neither your thread title nor your post are clear, so I'll ask ...
What are you intending to do with the ATF? Are you pumping in, or out? Because the answer would depend upon the point of view.

So there's no real need to pump it out.
Hence, I would presume you want to pump it in, but why would you be looking at a Mityvac? Those aren't used to pump into a system; they only evacuate lube.

If you are pumping the ATF in, I would recommend a common air-over-liquid garden sprayer, as RooflessVW noted. I've used them for putting ATF in my Lexus. Get a clean, new one and use it ONLY for ATF; don't use other chemicals in it.

I like my Mityvac but I've found the push-to-connect fittings can start leaking in use.

I think what's happening is the clear vinyl tubing collapses/relaxes where it's being pinched. Thus I think the solution would be to store it with all hoses broken down (easy). However this is a do-as-I-say-not-as-I-do situation because I've been too busy/lazy to take my own advice.

I wonder if @clinebarger has experienced leaks at the connectors?

FYI the MityVac pumps out as well. That's one reason I like it for oil change services; suck it our and pump it into a 5 quart container; easy peasy.
This pic has the switch in the out position; down is in (extract).

Yes sir!....Got rid of the push connects & valve on mine.

I spent 75 cents on this hand siphon pump 1-2 years ago. Finally had a chance to use it this past week to get an
extra 8 oz of ATF out of my transmission pan by going down the fill tube. You need to make sure your fill tube
doesn't have any factory obstructions to prevent your tube from going all the way down the bottom of the pan.
In the case of my car it does have an obstruction in the fill tube pretty close to the "full" level.

I’d tell you about my favorite brand of ATF vacuum pump, but they all suck! 🤷

I have an older EWK, but I got a steel 4gal HF one on wheels that hooks to compressed air so no manual pumping required. Has a sight glass and drain plug too. Got it on clearance for $49 with a variety of tubes & connectors.

Looks like the pump I've been using for years to fill my kerosene torpedo heaters.
Motor is down in the bottom end, I would not use it to pump gasoline though.

something like this
This was great, I used it to pump 3.5 quarts MTF in no time. I think I paid 4-5 with coupon. The other style pumps that attached to the top of the bottle would have taken a thousand pumps. I swear, I probably pumped 15 times in total. There is some that gets lost in the lines I poured back in (3.5/4qt), but I cut the IN line shorter.
