The crew putting up my gutter did that and I asked the super if they were planning to leave it like
that. I guess he picked up that I wasn't thrilled with that arrangement and they went back and did this.

There’s nothing wrong with the color.

The pillars need painted yet, but that’s not the gutter’s fault.

There's a word for that: janky. Have you taken a close look at the rest of the gutter job?

It looks great from down below. I’ll have to climb up there and see if the drip edge is going into the gutter itself and such. Not really sure what else to look at aside from waiting on it to rain.

I'd have them redo that. Uhh not acceptable if you had to pay actual money. The screws holding the lower spout on is very amateur and a shortcut. You want one continuous pipe, as the more sections you have the worse off over time it'll be.
