quick Q: on M1 HM 10w-40

I was given a case by a relative, Would this be ok in my 03 Ranger 4.0 Sohc that almost always has gotten a diet of 5w30?

If not, I'll just give it to some friend or run it in my lawn equipment for the summer.....Or our Jeeps.....

Exchange it to M1 HM 5W30 at WM or other auto parts store.

Just run it, dont exahange it. Mught run better (probably will) and if you dont like it, buy 5W-39 next time.

Im serious. Try it for one OCI. And if its horrible (?) never know.. make it a 50-100 mile OCI and put it on the "bad oil for my truck" list
