+1 use nylon refrigerator ice maker supply line tubing you can buy at most hardware stores.

I just have done it for the first time on my VW.

Problem: The extraction tube delivered with the Pump was a plastic hose with 6 mm outer size. >The Dipstick tube on the VW also has 6 mm inside, is curved and dont reach the bottom of the oil pan.

So, i just repalced the extraction tube with a piece of 5mm brass tube i bought in a R/C modell shop. It worked good. I just need to use a little bit of gentle force to press the brass tube down the dipstick tube. The brass tube bend perfetly to the shape of the Dipstick tube and followed the curved way.

I managed to get 3,5 Litres pumped out of the engine, wich, as i belive, is almost everything. If there are 0,2 Litres left in the engine i dont care. Every time i change the Oil on my bike 0,5 litres of old oil remains in the oil cooler. No Problem.
