Got a dirty engine or a friend with one?

The dirtiest engine around here is in my ride on Lawnmower, I will Ax it, but I'm not sure about 1/4 mile acceleration runs or monitoring fuel consumption

Do it anyway. That's the same thought that dnewton3 had when he pulled his valve cover and found "nothing". Now he DID find two low cylinders ..which happened to be cured by the treatment, but ..
So ..do it for the visuals. Just because you can't detect the presence of an issue doesn't mean that it isn't there and can't be fixed. The results may or may not be apparent. You may get a pleasant surprise.

We decided to go along with the test in the Toyota if only because the truck runs such a regular route (the owner would like to see a drop in oil consumption, not that 1 qt in 3k is that bad)
Fuel consumption has averaged out to 31.5 mpg, which is about what the owner claimed. 12 oz of Ax have been added to 1 gallon of Super Tech 15w40, this will be changed at 2500 miles.
Acceleration runs 40-70 mph in 4th gear were done before Ax was added, I do not have the times right now. more runs will be made after each rinse phase.
A short video was taken of a glass of waster ballanced on the valve cover while the engine was at idle, further vids will be taken as the test progresses and posted on You tube.
