Quality of older cars

I love the quality of the carpeting in late 90s cars vs early 00's/todays. Today every car seems to be carpeted in rat fur.
 
Personally I'll take anything with a Fisher body from 63-72 with very few exceptions. Very well built bodies, strong running gear, with todays lube i am sure they would go a LONG time.

They just require a lot of attention...

I agree that the smaller Ford cars weren't that great, but the Crown Vic was excellent.
