Anyone know the zinc levels of the QS 5w-40 Euro?

Does it even matter? Quaker State Euro Full Synthetic 5W-40 comes with BMW LL-01, MB 229.5, Porsche A40 and VW 502 00. Nothing to worry about. Like M1 0W-40.

The Ravenol is going to be the highest most likely. I don’t see any reason to believe the PP Racing is anything but the SN+ version of the PP Euro.

Ravenol is going to be 0.1 better for x2-3 the price.

besides the brand, what does EFM do better than say X-cess gen2 5w40? Within a couple dimes per quart on cost without paying for the MLM membership.

I don't think you get group IV base unless you're buying SS. My understanding is their euro oils are Group3 base.

Noack significantly better than Motul, 7.1% vs 9.9%.

7.1 is 5w30 or 10w60. That 9.9% was from 7 years ago on gen1, there are no current published noack figures for Motul.

EFM is -39C pour. Doesn't scream PAO. Which makes sense given the discount compared to their other euro offerings. I don't think you're getting a true synthetic under $11/qt these days.

I'm not advocating for signature series. Just pointing out motul has slightly better specs than AMS EFM 5w40, neither of which I believe to be Grp IV based. OP has made it clear he's not interested in boutique oils either way.
