PYB OCI ????

4000 miles with a wix filter on a 94 Chevy c1500 with 208k miles. Could've went a little further. Great oil.

16,000km or 10,000 miles. I go by my Ford OLM. PYB meets Ford spec for this interval. Now more than 100,000km on this interval and my 5.0 Coyote runs like the day it was new.

Impressive OCI!

Many people wouldn't even dream of running dino to 10k mi or running the OLM down to 0.

I highly doubt PYB would produce varnish at 5k intervals, incredible oil and very high in detergents too.

+1, although I wouldn't push it too much past 5k. I mean it is dino after all even though it's probably better than some synthetics detergent wise.

I believe 2015_PSD ran Pyb to 10k in his truck. I don't have an oil life monitor but I am going to run 10k as well. Ford says 7500 on conventional so 10k on a synthetic shouldn't be hard

Wow!...your really pushing conventional to the limits. In the same 5.0L Coyote because of the longer intervals on the Ford OLM, I go full syn with PP. I know PYB caries the Ford spec, but to me 16,000 Kms is just way to long on a conventional oil, even one as great as PYB. I'd love to see a UOA of PYB in a 5.0 Coyote after 16,000 Kms. Anybody up for the challenge?

Ive seen guys here get 8-10k out of PYB.

While it can be done, I think i'd stick stick with a synthetic for those distances. That is not to say I wouldnt try it though.

The price between the two over the time needed to reach those distances is pretty minuscule.
