AFAIK every Chrysler dealer uses Pennzoil. They switched all of the Pentastar V's to 5w-20 in 2013 to meet CAFE requirements.

Thanks for the report. Have this engine in my 2015 Wrangler. Reaffirms my choice to stay with a MS-6395 dino for 6-7k.

IMO, OFs for 2014+ Pentastars are somewhat slim. This is the case for two reasons. 1.) cartiridge filter, 2) a cartiridge filter that was redesigned in 2013-2014. Again, just my opinion.

Personally, I use Mopar filters in both of my Pentastars. My dealer charges $15 per filter but if you go on EBay you can find them sold in packs of 3 & 6 for considerably less. I've never had any issues in getting them delivered in a timely manner. It's the best deal I've found.
