I also remember reading a post in the past where "Motorking" from FRAM had a case of Ultra filters shipped to a customer/BITOG member who had an Ultra filter problem that was determined by FRAM to be caused by a leaf spring failure ... the leaf spring failure was not due to a manufacturing defect -- it was due to a dent that was on the dome-end of the filter (most likely dented from being dropped by someone at the store). I remember reading that the dent could not easily be seen where it was underneath the grippy material on the filter. Anyway, "Motorking" went out of his way to help this customer. So, this was a good indication to me that they care about their customers.
