Purolator date code??

Trying to find out if a purolator i have is likely to tear or not. Date code says: F10D10D1. To install on friends long overdue OC. Its a Puro PL14459.

May the odds be ever in your favor because they may not be with Purolator.

The only way to tell is to look at the outside of the can. If it says Purolator on it then it is likely to tear......

Its very likely to tear bring it back to the store for a refund or exchange it for a better filter why would you take a chance anyway>?
