Lower mile (6mo for warranty) winter change. Car sat for weeks at a time but got plenty of 100m runs once the salt was gone. Metals back down to normal from the elevated spot on last change.

Unfortunately I only have 2 batches of PU left in my stash, so 2015 will mean either new PU or something else.

Why the shorter OCI on this one?


Warranty purposes only. I have a 7/72 with Nissan which Runs to 4/2016 IIRC. They have a ridiculous 3m/3750 Schedule 1, I run 6m/7500 schedule 2. Plenty of my miles are 100m HW commutes, they can't say boo.

My preference would be 7500-10K and 1y intervals with PU or similar, the oil and car appear to get along just fine. Just too bad PU is dead. Maybe I just use my stash for the summer OCIs of up to 7500 mi, and use PP for the shorter winter run.
