i bought this to use in my 6.4 hemi.i poured 14 ounces into 18 ounces of pennzoil 0w40 ultra platinum.when i went to use it it had not mixed well.it had a glob in it that is best described as jelly like.any one seen this before?

At least Lucas Low Viscosity Oil Stabilizer doesn't do this.
In all seriousness, you really shouldn't be adding that stuff to your engine oil. Fully formulated engine oils are properly balanced and adding more of a single ingredient will not materially improve performance.
2) a premium product like PUP 0w-40 does not need any additive help... just what what your goal here? And how did you expect Prolube get you there, exactly?
