It came off the Legacy that I recently bought. The ADBV was really stiff, which makes sense due to the location of this filter.

I ran this same filter on my old CR-V awhile back and sent it to @53' Stude for a cut and post.
If I recall he said the ADBV on mine was also very stiff.
I had done a premature oil change because I was having oil related trouble, VTEC solenoid issues and rocker arm actuator codes. I believe the stiff ADBV may have been the cause because after an oil and filter change I was fine.
