Did the yearly oil change on my Highlander, along with doing the Tcase fluid and the rear diff which I havent done in the 5 years ive owned it. This go round the oil filter also got changed.

Out- Napa Syn 5w30 with 13months and 3683miles /Fram TG3614 thats been on for 24months and 8526miles

In- Total Quartz Syn 5w30 and Champ XL PH2835XL. SuperTech Syn 75w90 went in the Tcase and Diff.

Engine purrs but got some rear clunking from time to time.

Early oil change due to trying to clean a potential lash adjuster issue. Ran BG EPR for 22 min idle and did a short 10 min flush with leftover oils after that( trying to minimize the amount of EPR still in the motor).

Out: Havoline smart change full syn 5W20 Fram orange box filter. About 4500 miles 6 months use.

In: Havoline smart change full syn 5W20 and Hengst filter. Also changed sparkplugs, coil packs and upper intake plenum seals. Runs way better than it did before and no more misfire codes. 76,000 miles.

I haven't used EPR on this vehicle yet, I would like to eventually. I have only used it on my 03 530i and my FIL's ecoboost F150.

Right at 5k miles on change which is my normal. Completely subjective observation: son swaps filter out each time and this was first HPL use and he felt filter looked much darker (dirtier) than usual

Just an update on the HPL EC30 run - changed filter to the UPF63R after 1200 miles …
The ST was pristine (no black color - no carbon) …
Will finish this OCI …
