Oil was changed after ~2k miles due to daily short trips under 2 miles. No oil was added during that time (since I started using AT205 a couple years ago actually)

Did have to add a bit of brake fluid though.
 
A friend stopped by after trying to get an oil change from Walmart before a holiday road trip. They said his oil filter was on too tight and refused service.
If they can't get an oil filter off, they need better help, or should just get out of the business. Guess they don't have any tools at the Walmart "service center", lol.

Out: Shell Rotella T-4 15w40
In: 5 Qts of Shell Rotellla T-4 15w40
Wix 51258 stood on
Using the rest of my rotella supply for it until I switch out to VR1 20w50. So far it’s been happy with the Rotella I’ve been using in it for the last year or two…

2014 Honda Accord 2.4

4,5XX on old oil (6 months)
Out: Pennzoil Platinum 5w30 w/ Fram Ultra XG7317
In: Quaker State HM 5w30 w/ Honda OEM 15400-PLM-A02
Switched back to Quaker State for the honda due to increased consumption with PP. In fact, I just put Pennzoil Platinum in my Sequoia and now have consumption with less than 3000 miles on the oil whereas the Mobil 1 before it had ZERO consumption and needed absolutely no top off oil in the 5k OCI. Apologies for the long rant

You could leave that Rotella in there for years, and should. That's just a waste at only 500 miles, unless your carburetor is dumping gas in the sump.

Only 2700 miles on oil & filter so I left the AC Delco PF52 alone this change. Truck was running great but only 3.5qt drained out! I also threw a can of Berryman B12 in the gas tank.
