Post your latest oil change

2018 Jeep JL Wrangler, 3.6, 6000 miles on this run.

Out: Mobil 1 Extended Performance 0w20, Fram Ultra filter.

In: Mobil 1 Extended Performance 0w20, Mobil 1 filter (from my old clearance stash).

I typicaly run a 5k OCI in this Jeep but have no problem going longer. The OLM usually would get out to between 7k and 8k. It was a beautiful day, so good time to do it. I also helped my Cuz change the oil on his 2018 JK Wrangler. Out: Mobil 1 Extended Performance 0w20, in Mobil 1 Extended Performance High Mileage 0w20. Mobil 1 filters for both of his.

Now I do have an issue: Even w/o oil in the filter, the amount I drained is almost identical to a new jug. And we all know there's good amount of oil trapped in the engine. Does that mean I suffer from a horrible fuel dilation?:oops:

No, it means you drained nearly exactly what you put in during the last OCI.

Was the new oil warm?

Did you check the oil level before the oil change? You probably have some fuel dilution. Check you out every few weeks and see if your oil level rises.
