Post your latest oil change

2020 Mazda CX-5 2.5L Grand Touring 15775 miles.
~6000 mile interval this time.
Out: Mobil 1 0w20 STP Filter
In: Mobil 1 0w20 Mazda Value Line filter

Last 2500ish miles on the last OCI were 99% highway miles at around 70-75mph. Overall trip average MPG was 30.5-31.2 per tank depending on the stretch of highway, this was calculated via phone app.

Out - Havoline DS Syn and OEM filter. In the exact same. 26199 miles on the Pilot. I do a yearly change since I don't drive much. Usually 3500 to 4000 miles a year now, mostly stop and go. Next year I will try out the Kirkland oil.

Out: Supertech Full Synth HM 5W20, Fram XG7317 (3515 miles on oil and filter--sent for UOA)
In: Mobil 1 EP HM 0W20, Fram XG7317 (3.5 qts)

For the first time, I measured what came out to try and calculate oil consumption. I drained 2.6 qts. Add 4 oz I captured for UOA, plus what's soaked into the filter media and some drops that missed the catch pan or dribbled from the filter to the top of the oil pan, I figure 2.75 qts. Which means I lost .75 qt in 3515 miles, or ~1 qt per 4700 miles. For a 163k mile engine, I'll take it. Another fun fact I figured out, my oil level with 3.5 qts is exactly at the high mark on the dipstick. At the time of the oil change, it was just above the low mark on the dipstick. So roughly .8 qts from low mark to high mark.

2020 Chevrolet Equinox 1.5 turbo
21,147 on unit
4,322 on the oil
33% left on oil maintenance minder

Out: Kirkland 0W20
Out: ACDelco PF64

In: Castrol 5W20 EP
In: ACDelco PF64 12706595 (new version)

Dad's car needed a tire rotation, so I said what the hell. Car doesn't even need to be jacked to do the OC. Castrol EP 5W20 was free and came from the Walmart glitch days. $6 for the filter on amazon. Cheapest OC ever.

Wife's Spark got its second oil change. She's on a biannual schedule due to a 0.7 mile commute and lots of cold starts.

Out:
Oil- ACDelco 0w20
Filter- PF64

In:
Same

I have points through Chevy so these oil changes cost me about $8. Lucky for me the car takes exactly 4 quarts so I can buy 4 and not worry about measuring anything.

"Break in" change was done at 1011 miles, this change was at 2900 miles. I would guess she'll put another 3500ish miles on it before next April when it gets its other biannual change.

How do you like the N Line? Sat in one this weekend while shopping and purchasing my Ionic Limited.

Moved from a 2017 Sonata Limited 2.0T to the 2021 N Line. The biggest difference/improvement is the 8 speed wet DCT. Very smooth shifts as well as direct to paddle shifters in manual mode. The 290 HP in FWD has lots of torque steer but manageable. The suspension is on the firm side and the steering response is quick.
I'm waiting for the 2022 Ionic5 to arrive before letting go of my 2007 BMW Z4 M Coupe toy.

12729 miles, certified used subaru impreza wagon, 2.0 boxer; went to local meineke...they used valvoline full sun 0w-20; I provided a subaru filter & drain plug gasket; tire rotation is included...$71 & change (seems a bit salty)
