Post your latest oil change

Moved from a 2017 Sonata Limited 2.0T to the 2021 N Line. The biggest difference/improvement is the 8 speed wet DCT. Very smooth shifts as well as direct to paddle shifters in manual mode. The 290 HP in FWD has lots of torque steer but manageable. The suspension is on the firm side and the steering response is quick.
I'm waiting for the 2022 Ionic5 to arrive before letting go of my 2007 BMW Z4 M Coupe toy.
Your owner's manual have a post script about for added performance use 5w-40 like mine did 2011 sonata se 2.0t?

Out: Total Quartz full synthetic 5W20 and ST9688 oil filter
In: Valvoline High Mileage full synthetic 5W20 from 5 years ago and ST9688 oil filter (first time using HM oil as there is some oil leak from real main seal....not sure HM will help, but I'll try it)

2017 Hyundai Sonata 2.4L Theta II GDI Non - Turbo Engine :
Out : QSUD 5W30 + Castrol Magnatec 5W30 (18 oz.) with Hyundai OEM oil filter
In : M1 5W30 EP + Castrol Magnatec 5W20 (18 oz.) with Fram Ultra #9688 oil filter

*I wanted the insurance of a good cleaning cycle during the 5K mile / 6 month OCI I am planning ; cSt @100 degrees C. of 10.6 makes the M1 5W30 EP a good choice for cooler weather . Lastly , the small amount of Magnatec 5W20 added to help protect the metal to metal surfaces (bearings) better in this 2.4L Theta II GDI engine .

I've been using 5w-30 Castrol GTX Magnetec (syn) in my son's '14 2.0T Santa Fe--that's been working really well for us. I'd recommend it for the Theta engines.

Out: Supertech Full Synth HM 5W20, Fram XG7317 (3515 miles on oil and filter--sent for UOA)
In: Mobil 1 EP HM 0W20, Fram XG7317 (3.5 qts)

For the first time, I measured what came out to try and calculate oil consumption. I drained 2.6 qts. Add 4 oz I captured for UOA, plus what's soaked into the filter media and some drops that missed the catch pan or dribbled from the filter to the top of the oil pan, I figure 2.75 qts. Which means I lost .75 qt in 3515 miles, or ~1 qt per 4700 miles. For a 163k mile engine, I'll take it. Another fun fact I figured out, my oil level with 3.5 qts is exactly at the high mark on the dipstick. At the time of the oil change, it was just above the low mark on the dipstick. So roughly .8 qts from low mark to high mark.

What engine is this? I am running the same oil and filter combo in our Accord K24 and wear numbers look great.

Weather was nice so decided to change oil in case I get busy

2018 Toyota Tacoma 4x4TrdOR 2GR-FKS

64181 miles on truck
9573 miles on oil and a Mobil 1 20k rated filter and a few days short of 6 months in time.

Splash and fill no filter change this time . I will change again by May or 10k miles wcf With a filter change then.
out drained 5w30 Kirkland synthetic. In went 6 qts 5w30 Kirkland Synthetic.

Engine ran good before and after. Only downside of fresh oil is it’s hard to read oil level again. Old Oil simply dark amber on paper towel used to clean up and like all used oil black in pan. no fuel smell in oil, no uoa coming.fresh plugs at 61k.

2006 Toyota Corolla LE (1zz-fe, 1.8L). Vehicle in question has 132k miles, and burns 1/2 quart per 4-5k mile OCI.
Out: Unknown Synth Blend 5w30, quick lube filter of same size to Fram 4967.
In: Kirkland Signature FS 5w30, Blue Can Stp S4967.

Aunt's car; One owner, and garage kept. Driven mostly city, with the occasional longer drive (45+ minutes). KS 5w30 is a stout oil and great for the price, as shown by countless people here, and will be plenty of protection compared to what it came with before hand. She has a feather foot, and allows some time for car to warm up everyday before driving.

2018 Honda Civic Sport (k20c2, 2.0L). Yay for Honda still making something port injected :).
33k miles at time of oil change, Ran to 5% of MM.
Out: Dealership Bulk 0w20, Honda A02 Oil filter.
In: M1 EP FS 0w20, Bosch 3323 Filter.

A Friend of my sister's. Her first car, and tended to very well. Car does not burn a hint of oil (oil cap was very tight from heat cycling, same goes to dipstick).
She does go out of town to see family every weekend, but besides that, car is driven exclusively city. Smooth, easy to drive, and reasonable power for a worry free daily driver.
