out: 10w30 (Castrol I think), Purolator Classic.
in: Castrol GTX 10w30, Purolator Classic.
I drained out 7 quarts of oil, but refilled with 6 qts and the dipstick is at the full line. Per the manual, the capacity is 6.1 qt.
IIRC my father and I did the last oil change and we only poured in 6 quarts.
Weird times.

Enoc 10w40 semi-synthetic on my MB W124. 6 liters with filter.
You probably won't recognize this oil as it is made in the UAE (United Arab Emirates). 2500KM on it so far.
An all-year-round grade as mentioned in the owner's manual.

Went from Pennzoil Platinum 5w-20 to Mobil 1 Advanced Fuel Economy 0w20 and a fram EG filter. I've been a Mobil basher for quite some time now however I can honestly say no funny noises,no tapping or anything that wasn't there beforehand. Truck is noticeably more free revving and seems to like it. Thus far it seems to be a perfect winter oil.
I'm glad I took tigs advice and gave this product an honest shot in my hemi.

Might be overkill, but I decided to change the transmission fluid and filter along with the oil, and went with M1 for both---plus an Mobil 1 Extended Performance oil filter.
It cost $95 and change, but it's only money....
