Post your latest beer consumption

+1000 in that Southern Tier. I have some of that in my fridge still

Tried some "Lucky Beer" from China. I drank about half a bottle and could not finish the rest of it, I just did not like the taste. Within a half hour I had a splitting headache, which I think was brought on by the beer. A waste of $7.99 for a six pack.

That's interesting. I didn't even know that such a thing existed on tap!

I found my first ever 6-pack of a rather rare midwest brew. You need to be at your local store the day it delivers to get any. Most retailers only get one case a month....

Zombie Dust

ZOMBIE DUST!

I typically enjoy Hoppy wheat beers and hefeweizens but find Zombie dust to be one of the best beers I've tried.

West Bend WI " Lithia Red "
licenced by the old West Bend Lithia Beer co
West Bend WI
My Dad always had Lithia in the fridge as a kid
we grew up 10 minutes from West Bend WI, was a good beer

So I stop in to a new local brewery in Haddam, CT to check things
out, "Steady Habits" brewery,

but leave empty handed. On the way out of the plaza I drop into Tony's Package Store, and am completely bowled over @ the selection of beer they have. Literally "hundreds" of single bottles of craft and imported beer (not always a good thing since they may sit) They had (3), count them three ales from St Sixtus Abbey in Belgium; this is an ale I have not seen in a store since about 1983. In the fridge now, and hoping to crack it open in a few hours.

Ok, I cracked it open; have the ~25 oz bottle; this is clearly "the best ale" I have ever had; it is just as I remember it from the 1980s. It is like a meal in a bottle. The 10% ABV is a bit too much in one sitting; I don't like recorking beer (comes with a cap + cork like wine)
