47.59 mpg round trip about 250 miles going north to spend a day on the lake with my dad. Minimal AC on the way up but ran it the whole way home. Mostly 65mph highway with a decent amount of stops and slow sections with stoplights.

As always the little Accent impresses me with it's excellent mpg.

I just had a 27 MPG round trip to my mom's house with the GRAND marquis. 55MPH state highways. The computer was reading 33 MPG but I know that's not possible with an anemic v8.
