Not universally true, depends on the kind of thick.Thick is no good..too much bread..
Fork and knife at a sit-down place.
In VA, NC, SC, PA & WV, there are several Benny's Pizza locations that serve $6 slices from a 28" pie which cover 2 paper plates!Brought back memories of Sbarro Pizza at the mall lol. Slices as big as the plate.
That's obvious. To each his own. I just can't have much bread and I don't eat much pizza when I do. A few small slices only. Not universally true, depends on the kind of thick.

Neither am IEating Pizza with a fork is not very Italian.
Dem backer uppers really torch my innards. LolLike backing into parking spaces........make your decision on a case-by-case basis.
Love the pizza knife/fork in post #14.
depends on the pizza. A good thin and crispy is hand holdable IMW. Deep Dish or Pan needs a fork and maybe a knife. Dang pizza sounds good.I only eat pizza with a fork and it has to be super hot.. many don't like that but that is how I roll
How about you???
