Changed the oil on my parent's Cavalier today, below are pictures of the P1 that came off of it. Nothing that interesting IMO but thought I would post for those interested. So, filter is off a '99 Cavalier, car has 160,000 miles on it, oil and filter had somewhere between 3K and 4K on it (I think closer to 4K). Car is a short tripper, a good amount of trips daily under 2 miles. Oil used was NextGen Conventional. Checked the pleats that had uneven spacing, everything was tight, no tears. Yellow fleck on the bottom base plate is just from me cutting open. Enjoy.

Thanks for the work! Even with high mileage on the vehicle, a fairly long OCI for really short trips, no signs of sludge or anything. Looks to be working well to my eye. Thanks again.

thanks for cutting---IMO you are taking good care of the car--I usually run 5K - 8K mile OCIs in my own car---but wouldn't extend the OCI one bit in this one. Keep up the good work
