I like Kabob, especially the Persian style.
There was a Persian restaurants in Orange County, CA called Caspian. It has great Kabob and belly dancing, but the price is a bit high.
Just making Morrocan preserved lemons well the other half is. Co-worker gave us 15 of the biggest lenons I've ever seen and this seemed to be the best way to use them. Jamie Olivers recipe so will be great.
