The onus is on the owner to prove he's innocent. The owner has to prove compliance, the dealer/manufacture doesn't. And if the owner doesn't present the evidence (receipts showing compliance) he's guilty and can pound sand.
Start offering to pay people's repair bills when the warranty is denied before giving bad advice to go against what the warranty states. There's a lot of that here, especially misapplying Magnusson-Moss Act. And never anyone putting their money where their mouth is.

I'm not giving advice. I'm just saying that there is nothing that can stop an owner to use any oil he wants, if the only thing that would prove that is a receipt (piece of paper).
There are many other things that may go wrong than an oil which covers all requirements, but one.
