I'd go amsoil SS at 5k (which is about 0% on my oil life monitor). I would use Pennzoil if it's what I had on the shelf and go 4k, but I typically buy m1 0w40 FS for cheap on sale. Its at 222k miles and 9750 hours and I'm trying to clean up some relatively minor sludge over the next 100k miles.

Same here love the amsoil signiture series but with mobile 1 0w40 euro prices I just go with the mobile 1. Change every 3,000 miles but do sometimes stretch it out a bit if dead winter. I usually do less than 5,000 miles per vehicle per year.

Depends what grade you’re looking at, I would also check out Mobil 1 ep. 0w20 specifically has 70% PAO. A very well regarded oil here
