5w30 and 0w20 are arguably the top sellers in the oil industry. That's likely the reason they don't make 16s...... yet.

PUP is non-existent in most-all auto-part aisles. Commercial sales (mostly European under a different badge), keeps that label alive. So does Walmart.com

I wouldn't have expected a straight answer.
When Shell took over Pennzoil 20 years ago, they discontinued many low volume products. Aircraft, motorcycle, 2-cycles, racing, most straight grades were all gone in a couple years.
Low volume products in low volume lines haven't been offered by Pennzoil since the Shell buyout.
