Peak Extended Life

Ok i've recently started using Peak Global Extended life 50/50 mixes with any color coolant from Menards which is priced decent at $6.50 a gallon.

how does this stuff match up against other coolant, does it offer substantial protection?

Nothing wrong with it, it's just too difficult to purchase. I prefer to stick with a widely available coolant. The only place that I've been able to find this is at Walgreens.

oh i see, it appears to be readily availabe here at Menards, Walmart, and Mills Fleet farm, and its very decently priced so i imagine i'll be using this stuff for a long time to come

I have been using PEAK Global in my Accord for a couple of years with no problems. I believe that Peak Extended Life is a 2-EHA coolant (Dexclone) while PEAK Global is not.
