Paper Replacement for K&N -2.5" Inlet

I am looking for a paper cone or cylinder shaped paper filter to replace the K&N style filter that goes on the CAI for my Dodge Neon.

I have seen posts regarding filters with 3" inlets (Prelude), but this is too big for my application. Does anyone know of a paper filter with a 2.5" inlet, that could be clamped on to the intake tube of my CAI?
