210,000 miles with K&N air intake system

I did you a favor and pre-plotted your UOA data. RIP.

K&N started by making air filters for Racing.
K&N does make an excellent filter for keeping rocks from becoming an issue.
Keep in mind the R&R schedule for these engines..
Most time, a couple of races.. then it's R&R again and again over the season.
I'm happy to change my AF after a couple of oil changes.
It took 100K for my 24 valve Cummins to seal up and finally quit using oil.
At 480K I rebuilt the head.. new valves & guides etc., etc.. You could barely measure ring wear.
Still see cross-hatch on the cylinders. Back together without any problems. pc

This guy is so convinced that Vizard's vibration "theory" is correct (which no testing to back up Vizard's theory), that he gets a bit snarky about it, lol. As said before, Vizard is the only guy I've every heard this theory from. And if they really did work that way, why hasn't the inventor and mega tester, K&N themselves, brought this information to the public?
