Can't locate this part.... so probably just buying a new Frigidaire dual fuel range, but i figured someone out there might have a graveyard of parts.

Was looking at Forno, a "Canadian company" but of course manufactured in China.

Yes, ebay has two. One totally trashed out and one for $1200

I bought the last one for $300, but can't locate one now.

Try eBay too. We bought a Kucht gas range this past summer. No electronics just a convection oven that's controlled manually.
Made in China but simple. So far, so good.

I shipped it off to a well-known repair place. They called me and said they can’t repair it. All the places posted already, I’ve reached out to and nobody has one in stock.

So this is made by Samsung for Dacor with a manufacturer p/n of DE81-08132A?
AppliancePartsPros.com has a listing for that & says it ships in 4-14 days. I have my doubts but wanted to pass along.
Would PartSimple.com repair it for you?

Here is a new, third eBay Listing for $300 that is much better than the "trashed" one you previously viewed:

DACOR 62309 (Used)

I found a control board for an electric range at a company that rebuilds them. You send in the old board and they fix or send you one they have on the shelf fixed. It was reasonably priced and worked until we sold the house.

I see UpFix and Circuit Board Medics listed on the web that repair these kind of boards.

I sent mine in, they said the board is fine, the touchpad is bad and they can't repair.

Maybe it's time to give it up and replace the stove.

I replaced a dishwasher when the pump broke. Maybe I should have replaced the pump on the old one. But the new dishwasher is quieter and has a 3rd rack. So it's a better dishwasher. New front load washing machine has a laundry detergent dispenser. Fill it up every few weeks and it dispenses the proper amount into each load. Cut our use of laundry detergent in half as wife was never good at measuring.

So beyond just being new, many new appliances have improvements over older models.

Dacor, get rid of it. Stick with Whirlpool built stuff. Want high end looks go Kitchen Aid.
46 years as an onsite appliance technician I've seen it all. Only Whirlpool built stuff at my house, last thing I want to do is repair appliances in my retirement and listen to my wife. Parts availability is good also.
Energy regs, offshore competition and customer feature surveys are what drive the appliance industry today. Especially government regs. Nothing is built to last 20 yrs. like the days of old when folks would be more likely to repair than replace. "Upgrade" mania IMO.

Unfortunately the more crap they add the more that can go wrong.

Limited selections

Residential stoves are just that, residential. Even the commercial look ones. True commercial ranges are built with zero doo dads and with giant surface burners for high-speed cooking to turn out meals in restaurants. And true commercial units require commercial venting and in most cases fire suppression to satisfy insurance companies and local codes. I've seen commercial units in homes without proper venting BTW. Hope they never have a kitchen fire.
There are no simple high end residential ranges. Surveys and marketing rule the roost today in all appliances. Look at refrigerators with knock on the window to see in features. Too lazy to open the door? More electronics complexity but it was a hit on the survey wish list.
