Oven part needed! dacor 62309 range touch control panel assembly

Residential stoves are just that, residential. Even the commercial look ones. True commercial ranges are built with zero doo dads and with giant surface burners for high-speed cooking to turn out meals in restaurants. And true commercial units require commercial venting and in most cases fire suppression to satisfy insurance companies and local codes. I've seen commercial units in homes without proper venting BTW. Hope they never have a kitchen fire.
There are no simple high end residential ranges. Surveys and marketing rule the roost today in all appliances. Look at refrigerators with knock on the window to see in features. Too lazy to open the door? More electronics complexity but it was a hit on the survey wish list.

Just go find a vintage O'Keefe & Merritt or Chambers unit with standing pilots. We did that in our last home and the $100.00 stove worked flawlessly, fit the odd size opening in the cabinetry perfectly, and looked incredible in the kitchen.

I had to work on that stuff in my previous life. Pot metal burner head fasteners seize up, snap off, etc. Drilling out screws and having to replace everything was the norm, even just to replace an ignitor electrode. Without damaging the top also. Service contract jobs mostly as the part prices were crazy. True with all the brands, even lower priced models.
We techs had a saying, these stoves were for looking, not for cooking.

Which brand?

All the modern sealed burner styles have issues over time no matter the brand. Sealed burners are the ones with the removable caps unlike the one piece of the old days. I always used anti seize when replacing parts on my service contract heavy cooking customers as after a year or two we would be back doing something.
I just bought a new stove with the new house, when I did the propane conversion on it the screws got the anti-seize treatment.
