O'Reilly's synthetic mercon V

Well... Mercon V is a performance specification. All of the fluids you mentioned are certified by their manufacturer to meet or exceed that spec so you can use any of them with confidence that they will perform to the level required by Ford. If you still have doubts, though, I'd say go with the most expensive one. :)
 
how much do you need.
Geniune Motorcraft is 12qt for 92 on amazon (7.66/qt)

Supertech is 6$ per qt. at walmart

Dump O'riellys I dont know how they stay in business.

synthetic is mostly marketing nowadays.
That being said I'd trust m1 or redline over store brand.

I wouldn't bother with it only because it's 10 bucks a single quart which is overpriced but it's mercon v so it must work. you're better off getting Castrol transmax.
