How good is O'Reilly's synthetic mercon V compared to redline or Mobil 1 synthetic mercon V

Well... Mercon V is a performance specification. All of the fluids you mentioned are certified by their manufacturer to meet or exceed that spec so you can use any of them with confidence that they will perform to the level required by Ford. If you still have doubts, though, I'd say go with the most expensive one.

Supertech is 6$ per qt. at walmart

Dump O'riellys I dont know how they stay in business.

synthetic is mostly marketing nowadays.
That being said I'd trust m1 or redline over store brand.

The 6-pack of Valvoline MerconV I ordered on Amazon was fairly priced.

Also, it's not always to be found on Walmart's shelves.

I wouldn't bother with it only because it's 10 bucks a single quart which is overpriced but it's mercon v so it must work. you're better off getting Castrol transmax.
