Havoline Syn MV ATF for E4OD?

Side question,

Where did you find this Havoline MV atf? I can only find it locally to me through a distributor as no retail stores carry it in sizes over 1qt (not worth it in such small quantities at those prices).

Slightly back on topic, my wife’s old MKX originally specified Mercon V but was later updated to Mercon LV. I stuck with the Amsoil variant of V and never tried the LV version in that vehicle. Granted being a fwd based transaxle and much lighter duty it likely would have been fine but I never really liked the idea of mixing with drain/fills.
Though distributor. I'd imagine most sell to walk in customers. We do anyhow.

I’ll need to find a different one than the one near me. They’ll sell to the general public but want to sell drums or the larger crates only. I was only looking for the 6 gallon totes.
We mostly have pails for the smallest containers, but have some gallon or quarts for some products.
The Havoline ATF being one. Delo MD-3 another. Delo Syn ATF is pails. Pail isn't a huge deal, truck transmission holds around 5 gallons, just would have to transmissionfer to gallon jugs to pour in the transmission or use a bucket pump.

I ended up reusing what I drained from the stock pan and I had ~2 gallons of Mercon V in stock so had enough to fill the transmission. Should be good for a while unless it decides to leak or come apart.

5 gallon pails would be fine for me. All 3 of my "daily" vehicles use the same ATF so I currently stock a couple 2.5-gallon containers of Amsoil & either transmissionfer into a gallon container or use my transmissionfer pump (application dependent). I'll either need to reorder the Amsoil or get the Havoline from somewhere after my next service as I'm down to a single 2.5-gallon container. I'll search around a bit more for another Chevron distributor than the closest one to me

Yeah I'd use whatever is easier to get and makes sense $$ wise.

Like that AMS-Oil is a pain to get and is way too much $$, so I don't even consider it.

In my wife's Fusion it's the one that lasts the longest prior to poor shifting. Mercon LV can't even make it 15-20k miles before shifting degrades. Castrol works good in her car but not as well in my sons pickup. The Amsoil works well in all of our vehicles so I just settled on it even though it's $$$. Was hoping to try out the Havoline in their vehicles first (both easier than my truck) to see how well it works
