Today I happend to find an old bottle of Techron concentrate when I was cleaning out some boxes. It still has the cap and foil seal on it. I would say this bottle is about 6 years old. Do you think it's still safe to use it?

No problem using it, just shake it real well. I have few bottles of 6-7 years old Techron and 10 years old or more Redline SI-1 I'm planning to use those this year or next.
Shake it, baby! LOL.
It's still good. The formula shouldn't have changed much, if at all.
