Since Fiat runs them now I would say Olive Oil would be fine.....

just an update to this thread, I have been running the XD3 0W-30 and wix filter for a little over 2 months now in the car and no problems whatsoever, cant wait until the freezing cold January weather in the morning to see how it does, lol. 
I plan on keeping the oil and filter in there until next October which by then will prob be around 10,000 kms (6k miles) usage and will then do a UOA to see how it stands up and will post it in the forums.
