Oil filter advice for Toyota Matrix 2ZRFE

K&N moved production to mexico, korea and china.

Ever since they moved out of USA their quality went downhill.

They put them together with hot glue! I could not believe that [censored]!

That Mahle looks very good, but don't see any factory efficiency specs. Just like the Toyota, no specs. The Toyota looks just as good and it fits and seals right. If they use a Toyota filter on a 100K new Lexus, it should be a very good filter.

Toyota OEM is ~50% efficient at 20microns. Mahles test up around 90% normally.

All trolling aside... Denso is Toyota's OEM for those that may not know. Rarely can go wrong with OEM, but can definitely do better in terms of efficiency (as has been stated multiple times).
