Good to go, don't worry.
Their 5w20 shows one of the worst CCS numbers at 5700cP on PQI. Its not the primo choice, but is marginally in spec. Again Quaker State Conventional and Pennzoil Conventional 5w20 re the best conventionals. Semi syn is a meaningless term - dont put ANY weight into that term - though again, it really might be a good tag for most ALL the oils out there including Mobil 1 and Valvoline SynPower.

What about 5w30 Toyota(Mobil I think) bulk oil at 0 to -10 degrees out for cold starts? That's actually what I have in there now. I forgot I changed to that since most of the previous lof were with MC. Thanks!

Hmm... now maybe I should re-think this and use Quaker State Advanced Durability... I have some in my stash from Black Friday sales.

ASTM D5293- Test Method for Apparent Viscosity of Engine Oils Between -5 and -35 C Using the Cold Crank Simulator

This test method covers the laboratory determination of apparent viscosity of engine oils at temperatures between –5 and -35C and at high shear rates. The results are related to engine cranking characteristics of engine oil. A measured amount of sample is subjected to an extreme low temperature for 3 minutes. The rotor spins for 1 minute in the sample and the speed of the rotor is measured by keeping ohms resistance at zero. The speed-reading is used to determine the viscosity on a calibration curve.

Back in the day, we used 10W-40 in everything and those engines did see the occasional well below zero start in a cold winter.
Of course, you could stab the throttle judiciously with a carb to help the engine come to life, which you can't do with a modern FI engine.
My point is that while TGMO 0W-20 is certainly worthwhile for very cold starts, as well as it is in general, your engine wouldn't have suffered if you had used a 5W-20 and you'd still have been able to start it.
Arco is right (in this case) in that the distinction between synthetic and conventional is no longer very clear cut.
With the numbers shown in the PQIA test, neither Quaker State Conventional nor Pennzoil conventional could be made with mostly Grp II basestocks, regardless of their labeling.
Still, kudos to you for having braved the conditions and done the deed.

Thank you all for your suggestions and opinions. I really value and enjoy the input from all of you.

I braved the weather and changed my oil. Ended up putting in some of that good ole Pennsylvania crude. Went with some of my 5W-20 Quaker State Advanced Durability. Car starts up and runs great. Will see how the cranking is tomorrow morning I'm sure it'll be fine. The NAPA conventional was slow to turn over but it still started.
