same thing with drugs, if someone wants to kill themselves why stop them? one in 3 americans has heart disease, and they know it and they still choose to eat garbage, who are YOU to stop them? you will never enjoy your own life if you are trying to run everyone else's.

in any almost any other city this might fly, but look at NYC, everyone and their mother runs around 24/7, one of the busiest cities in the world and while it's not an excuse to eat trash and graze on edible death all day, sometimes you just don't have the time to brown bag a lunch.

I'm tired of people "oughting and shoulding" other people's lives, you do your thing and let them do theirs, they aren't trying to save your *** by removing everything in your refrigerator so why save theirs.

i think its a good thing. the councilmen only have the peoples best interest at heart. lets face it america in general is overweight.

if nothing else it would be a good idea to put the nutrition info on EVERY menu, wrapper, soda cup, etc that is sold.

do you mean "prolls"

Are you crazy? Do you want politicians and their masters making even more decisions about your life and how to live it than they already do?
Nutritional information should be required but it's a person's choice whether to worry about it or not.

I was wondering to myself the other day, what is the main function of legislatures, just making laws? So they have to continue doing this, or they're out of a job. Will we reach the point where there's a law or regulation covering everything?

No, we'll never reach a point where they stop. There's always a little more freedom that can be taken away given enough pushing by the right $pecial interest group.

i went to mcdonalds today and got a mcchicken and fries. i notices the nutritiuon info is NOT on the tray, the wrappers, or aywhere else. im sure its hanging around the back somwhere by the fryers but when i asked, no one could find it.

hot come freakin water bottles have to show nutrition info (all zero's) but mcdonalds doesnt doesnt have to show on the wrapper how much junk is in a mcchicken?
