Tell me about it. I closed in my carport a couple months ago. Still waiting on my garage door...

Oh, and that spot was fun to get into. I had to fold in my mirrors in order to get in.
My buddy just ordered a new garage door. Was told 14-18 weeks.
Yup that's about what I was told. Mine is an odd size, so that doesn't help the situation.
Another reason I park farthest away from a holes I can. I need the exercise anyways

Basic and "OVERKILL" do not belong in the same sentence. Are you sure you're feeling okay?
I was in the middle of planning a custom built home and postponed it a few weeks ago.
Clopay is like $85 extra for high cycle springs and $40 extra for heavy duty hardware/thicker hinges/better rollers. Worth it down the road. If your house faces west or south, consider extra struts or option for the Minnesota wind code door if you live where there is no wind code garage door requirement.

Washed with P&S wire wheel acid. Quick wipe down (during dry) with Tec582 spray sealant. Almost all water spots were removed.
