no more EZ Lubes?

Hello to all,

I live in the Los Angeles area and noticed at my closets EZ Lube store and realized it was taken over by what appears to be a Valvoline quick oil change place now. So what happened to all the EZ Lubes???? Did Valvoline take all of them over???

Isn't EZ Lube notorious for ripping ppl off?
There's been a lot of Local News Coverage on several locations in LA AND 3 of my friends have been "taken" by them as well

Thanks for the link! OK just a name change but they still are the same inside. Perhaps it's due to their past they need a fresh look.
