No more ACDelco PF64? Now to use the PF64A?

Noticed the PF64 seems to have gone bye bye… probably due to the Fram closure… so this is the other option from ACDelco now?

Black canister PF64A, # 19533697 ?

Picked a couple up from RA since they shipped from the same location of my other parts and there were no “normal” PF64’s available.

Made in Thailand, looks like a nitrile anti drain back valve, and it’s got a coil spring bypass valve with metal support (instead of the plastic support of the PF64)

Can’t find anything online to confirm a 22psi bypass?

Who makes this one?

Keep zeroing in! PG is one that has plants in Thailand but I believe their holes are round. Perhaps an AI search might help.
Others may have factories in Thailand making filters for them too. It's crazy how many oil filter factories there are in Asia. Mr. Roboto says ACDelco uses factories in China, Mexico and Southeast Asia (including Thailand). It's even possible that ACDelco contracts directly with some of these factories without going through a middle man like PGI, M+H, Purolator, etc.

Since it's an AC Delco product, I have no doubt that it meets the 22 psi bypass. Interesting that it isn't constructed like the PF63A posted recently.

Don't know the filter efficiency, but the construction looks really good. M+H needs to learn to make louvers like that.
