Nissan filters

Anyone have an opinion of Nissan filters. I just changed oil/filter on G35. Installed a Mobil 1 Extended Performance filter. The Nissan I took off looked very well constructed to me, but I think it had a nitril ADBV while the Mobil had what seemed to be silicone. What do you think? They are both thimble sized though???

I have always heard good things about the Nissan Oil Filters. I use the 15208-9E000 for my 03 sentra gxe $5.00 @ my local dealer

I have also used the 15208-9E000 on my 04 Altima and have cut open used ones and they are a well made filter. Also $5 and change at the dealer.

I just picked up a couple of Nissan filters for my 4.0 Frontier...**** they're small. I can't believe the provide sufficient flow. The filter on my roommate's Ford Sport Trac 4.0 is twice as big. I'm very pro-Nissan parts for warranty purposes, but I may check to see if Purolator has a higher capacity filter.
