Huh? I don’t see how it’s smaller than a regular ratcheting box. If anything, it looks like the ratcheting section is deeper.

I have a whole set of ratcheting wrenches that have seen the bench grinder to make them this thin.

I get it that many ratcheting wrenches aren’t particularly thin in the dimensions that one needs. But this doesn’t look small either.

That lip is incredibly useful for knuckle-clearance purposes.

They’re good for when you need to go ALL the way in there, with little clearance.
