Hello guys. I've recently browsed through some dealer sites at new trucks as i've entertained the idea of buying a brand new one.
In 2012 i bought a new ram Express 4X4 for a great price. I drove that truck one year and 17k miles and sold it for only $2k less than I paid OTD. I sold it and bought some "fun" cars and paid some student loans down. I made money on those cars and bought the Silverado in my sig.
My 2008 Silverado is low mileage, and I like the truck but I really want a Crew Cab as the Extended Cab is a pain when hauling people around.
The deals are great again on new Rams. Im finding Crew Cab Express 4x4 8-speed models for $33k.
What really surprised me is the Big Horn trucks that are heavy on the options are only a couple grand more in the 35-36k range. Those that have new 8-speed express's or SLT big horns chime in with your thoughts.
If I buy one I want the Hemi, 8-speed, limited slip diff, and 4x4 at a minimum.
Im just shopping around right now and waiting to see if the itch fades away before I start haggling down on a New 2015.
