new oil from ELF

I think Elf is probably a top-notch oil...Mercedes thinks so because Elf Excellium (how could you NOT use an oil called "Excellium") is one of the few (last data I saw) to qualify for approval sheet 229.5.

Well, Chris, I tried to track down Viry-Châtillon. Two leads looked promising (like they might have to do with lubrication and/or technology) but the URL they led me to was for a site that was down...so I am afraid I have struck out.
